As you may or may not be aware, Bill Phillips is the creator and
founder of Muscle Media Magazine and EAS (the worlds leading

So, you ask, what is this site going to do for me? This site is not going to attempt to describe or

What this site WILL do, is help you keep the promises you make to yourself and stick with your life changing
habits that you will form. I, myself, have adopted the program described above as a way of life
and have found that it is crucial to be able to accurately record the transformations that occur
to your body as they happen in some sort of fitness journal. There are two reasons for this:
- If for some reason you are not getting the results you want,
you must be able to go back and see what you have been doing and
identify the possible causes for the slow gains. The contrary
is the case as well, and that is, if you are making incredible gains
you want to be able to go back and through review of your fitness journal
know why instead of simply guessing.
It is not easy to completely change the way you live, eat,
and go through life. And since this is a permanent change,
the results are inevitable, but not immediate. It is incredibly
inspiring to examine your fitness journal and know on a week
by week basis what is happening to your physique instead
of just looking at the scale and getting disappointed.
